SHIPPING COSTS:
Australia Wide:

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY with tracking and insurance on all orders over – $100
Standard post with tracking + insurance for orders under $100 are – $9
Express Shipping + insurance with tracking on any order is – $16 flat rate (up to 5kg max. if higher the fee will increase)
International Fees are indicated at the checkout calculator
Orders are sent via Australia Post: Standard Parcel Post or Express Post.

Intrastate – within WA
Metro: up to 2 business days

Interstate – outside WA.

IMPORTANT/ If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out on the next business day Monday – Friday.

Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, inclement weather or due to other Australia Post-delivery issues that are beyond our control.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

TRACKING ORDERS:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include your Australia Post tracking link so you can see exactly where your products are.

BACK ORDERS:

Whilst we always aim to have full stock of products, from time to time we may sell out. If this happens, you will receive an email from us specifying if a backorder applies to any of the products you have ordered which may affect the delivery time of your order.
